By using Deeva you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Deeva lets you preview hairstyles and colors on your own portrait using AI. Results are illustrative previews — real-world results from a stylist will differ.

Your content

You keep all rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store them only to provide the service to you. Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (weekly, monthly, yearly) unlock additional generations. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Quotas reset per plan period and unused generations don't roll over.

Acceptable use

Don't use Deeva to create misleading or harmful imagery of other people, to violate anyone's rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
